As mentioned from my previous post, Azalea Boracay offers apartment style hotel rooms wherein you get your own kitchen where you and your friends or family can prepare your own meals. No corkage fee folks! ;) But when you're not in the mood to get dirty in the kitchen there's always Kuya J!
Kuya J is located on the ground floor of Azalea Boracay.
Kuya J's started in Cebu back in 2005 where they specialize in Filipino cuisine. Currently, they have almost 50 branches all over the Philippines including this one inside Azalea Boracay. According to the manager, owners of both establishments are related to each other and Kuya J's serve as an in-house food and beverage concessionaire for the hotel.
It gets quite a bit chaotic every morning since everyone comes here for breakfast.
They serve buffet by the way, and I notice that dishes change regularly! ;)
When you're too lazy to go out I'd also recommend dining at Kuya J's. I LOVE their grilled scallops which I heard are flown in from Cebu. And of course their best selling crispy pata! Mapapa-kanin ka talaga! ;)
