One of the nearest malls in Sky Express Hotel is the Berjaya Times Square.

Getting around Kuala Lumpur by train could get a little confusing at first. Make sure you have printed copies of maps (or a smart phone with 3G data will do) plus a little common sense so that you won't get lost or something. Also, don't forget to bring anything that can cool you down. It is so hot in Malaysia I could die from the heat there.
Our mission that day was to see the Petronas twin towers.
KL Sentral station.
The place is huge and feels like you're in an airport.
Don't be fooled though. The station is not centralized so here I am giving you my best smile despite the heat I'm feeling inside. Haha.
Few minutes later we arrived at Suria KLCC mall.
But before checking out the twin towers, time for late lunch/snacks at KFC. What I like about their KFC is that they have lunch promos. Meals are discounted from 12-3pm! :)
And now, I present to you the Petronas Twin Towers. :)

Paolo and I didn't stayed that long (we could no longer take the heat as what I've been complaining about earlier, haha) but we promise to come back the next day after our trip to Batu Caves. ;)
