Going Around HK

Whenever arriving in Hong Kong, we prefer taking the airport express to get to our hotels.

For this vacation, we stayed in Hotel Benito at Tsim Sha Tsui. Like I said, I've always loved the vibe in that area compared to Hong Kong Island. We got a triple room and as expected, rooms are small but we still have space to move and comfy enough for sleeping.

Their cable TV offers limited channels in english so we're stuck with National Geographic during our stay.


I noticed that other booking sites like Asiatravel, Agoda, etc. didn't offer this type of room. We had no choice but to book directly with Hotel Benito. We didn't have breakfast but that's ok. They offer free and fast wifi connection too! ;)

 
If room was small, the bathroom is smaller but it's clean plus towels, soap and shampoo are provided. ;)

Since this was an anything goes kind of trip, we had no itineraries whatsoever. For this day we just went to shops and malls around Hong Kong Island.

Went to the Apple Store in Central and we taught they're launching a new product.

Had zero idea that the second branch opened in Causeway Bay. Don't you just love the style and architecture of Apple stores? They all look simple and very classy.


Few steps from the Apple store was Forever21.
